The surgery has a Patient Participation Group which is a group of patients who meet bi-monthly to discuss matters relating to the service we provide to patients and suggestions on how we can improve the way we perform.
If you would like to join the PPG or would like more information about their role in the practice please speak to Kay (Practice Manager) or put your request in writing. We are always happy to welcome new members to the group.
Also if you wish to put forward any comments or queries about the surgery you can send them in writing addressed to the PPG, hand them into reception and your comments will be opened and discussed at the next meeting.
