Clinics & Services
We run the following clinics on a regular basis:
- Childhood Vaccination – If you are eligible for this clinic, you will be invited in by post or by text message.
- NHS Health Check Clinics – If you are eligible for this clinic, you will be invited in by post or by text message.
- Cervical Screening / Smear Clinics – If you are eligible for this clinic, you will be invited in by post or by text message.
- Diabetic Specialist Clinics – If you are eligible for this clinic, you will be invited in by post or by text message.
- COPD and Asthma Clinics – If you are eligible for this clinic, you will be invited in by post or by text message.
- Midwife Clinics – First appointments on a Monday afternoon and follow-up appointments on a Wednesday afternoon. These are booked by our midwife and not our clinical coordinator’s. If you have recently found out you are pregnant and would like to book in with our midwife, you will need to complete a pregnancy pack which are in reception. Once these forms have been completed, please return them to the surgery so we can forward these to our midwife who can arrange your first appointment with you.

Nursing Team
General practice nurses work in GP surgeries as part of the primary healthcare team. Different types of Nurses offer different types of appointments. These include:
- Blood tests
- Blood Pressure checks
- Dietary Advice
- Ear Syringing
- Holiday Vaccination
- Wound Care
- Pill Check
- Removal of stitches
- Swabs
- Chronic Illness Reviews (including Asthma, COPD, Stroke, Learning Disabilities)
And many more. Most Nurses appointment require a request from the GP or an invitation from the Practice.
