We are pleased to inform our patients that there are some new online features as part of our website to make it easier for you to submit requests through to the practice.

You can now request:

• A Repeat Prescription
• A new Fit (sick) Note for ongoing conditions
• A change to your personal details
• An update on your Secondary Care (Hospital) referral
• To register as a new patient
• Request help with a non-urgent medical problem
