Blood Test Results on the NHS App

Blood test results are often filed in groups (clusters), which may sometimes cause them to appear as “abnormal” on the NHS App. Please do not be alarmed. The system was originally designed for clinical use rather than patient viewing, and it is still adapting to this change. This is a national system therefore we cannot change this. Rest assured, a clinician will always review your results, and we will contact you directly if there is anything abnormal or that requires further attention.
