Ordering repeat prescriptions

The easiest way to request your repeat prescription is through the NHS App.

If you are unable to use the NHS App, please return your re-order slip to the surgery by using the black post box located on the outside of the building.

Please clearly mark the items you want with a tick.

We accept posted requests and if a stamped address envelope is enclosed, we will return the prescription to you but please ensure you have allowed enough time for its return.

We do NOT accept requests over the telephone or by email.

Your prescription will take 48 working hours to be processed, this does not include weekends or Bank Holidays; so please allow enough time to ensure that you don’t run out of your medication.
